The new T and RH chambers with CO2 cooling technology are a revolutionary product that combines innovation, efficiency, sustainability and safety. Compared to the -40°C versions with F-GAS, ACS chambers with CO2 cooling offer numerous advantages to the customer, first and foremost in terms of ENERGY EFFICIENCY: consumption is reduced by an average of 30% on the most frequent test cycles (i.e. IEC60068-2-30).

- Greater cooling efficiency: they are faster below -20°C
- Quiet environment: noise levels are extremely low.
- Guaranteed safety: there are no flammable gases inside.
- Interchangeability: the chambers are identical in size to previous F-GAS versions and can be used under the same laboratory conditions.

The switch to CO2 (R744) in cooling systems has also represented a significant advancement in ACS refrigeration technology.
Unlike conventional systems using R449A - which lose most of their cooling capacity at temperatures below -25°C and reach a minimum temperature of only -40°C - the CO2 cooling unit configuration effectively cools down to -50°C, maintaining a higher cooling capacity even at the minimum temperatures required for automotive testing.
In addition, these systems operate more quietly than conventional systems, improving comfort in noise-sensitive environments.
Finally, CO2 cooling systems eliminate the need for regular leak checks, making maintenance much easier.
