Merger by incorporation of Aerre Service S.r.l. into Angelantoni Test Technologies S.r.l.
Angelantoni Test Technologies S.r.l. (“ATT”) announces a major corporate and business reorganisation aimed at strengthening and enhancing the Group's Service division.
With effect from 31 December 2025, Aerre Service S.r.l. (“AERRE”), a wholly owned subsidiary of ATT, will be merged into Angelantoni Test Technologies S.r.l.
This operation represents a strategic step in the growth and development of the ATT Group's service division, aimed at improving operational efficiency, process integration and the uniformity of services offered throughout the country and internationally.
“This integration will allow us to combine the solidity and resources of ATT with the flexibility and customer focus of Aerre Service,” says Francesco Fallani, Service Manager at ATT. “Together, we will be able to offer an even faster, more integrated and innovative service, benefiting our customers and our employees.”
Starting from the effective date of the merger, all activities, contracts, communications and commercial relationships with Aerre Service S.r.l. will be managed by Angelantoni Test Technologies S.r.l., which, among other things, will universally take over all legal relationships previously held by AERRE, ensuring full operational continuity.
The staff, technical expertise and operational headquarters in Pioltello (currently AERRE) will become part of ATT's Service Division, ensuring the continuation of activities with the same contacts and the usual commitment to quality and efficiency of service.
