Federica Angelantoni speaks in the 'School for Entrepreneurs' programme on Company and Territory

On Saturday 6 May, Federica Angelantoni held, as a lecturer at the Luiss Business School, a training day on the subject of 'Italian companies and their link with the territory', part of the programme of the School for Entrepreneurs, promoted by Confindustria, 4.Manager and Sistemi Formativi Confindustria with the aim of nurturing and restarting the creation and development of new companies through the birth of new entrepreneurs, and the enhancement of Managers through self-entrepreneurship.

After her Master's degree on ESG principles last year, Federica Angelantoni was appointed lecturer on the same topics by Prof. Angelo Riccaboni, with the aim of bringing to the classroom the case of Angelantoni Industrie and Massa Martana, a virtuous example of synergy between the company and the territory on which it operates, proposing a concrete model of sustainable economic and social development.

If it is true that sustainability is not just a value to strive for, but is increasingly an unstoppable process of awareness and a continuous search for balance between the demands of the various stakeholders, the Angelantoni Group wants to test itself with increasingly challenged objectives in the environmental and social, as well as evidently economic, spheres.

Being located in Massa Martana, in a marvellous environment where industry and nature coexist, is a stimulus to continue intensifying relations with the territory, mainly by training young people.
