Selection process

The Human Resources Department ensures the management of the Personnel of all Group companies, in accordance with the guidelines, values and corporate strategies. The staff hiring process is managed by the Human Resources Department, referring to the curricula already included in its Database and through its Linkedin profile.

The selection process involves an initial preliminary telephone interview.

The selection process will continue with a first aptitude-motivational interview and a second technical-professional interview.

Angelantoni Test Technologies, leader in the national and international industrial sector, is looking for a WAREHOUSE WORKER to be included within its staff. The resource will deal with:

- receipt and identification of incoming goods; - goods management in the warehouse; - preparation of work orders, loading / unloading of goods with forklift; - inventory management and verification.

The ideal candidate must have the following requirements:

- at least 3 years of experience in the job gained in metalworking contexts; - forklift license and familiarity in use; - utmost seriousness and punctuality.

- knowledge of the Microsft AXAPTA management system will be considered preferential

Angelantoni Test Technologies, leader in the national and international industrial sector, is looking for an ELECTRICAL ENGINEER. Experience in the role gained in metalworking or industrial contexts is essential. The ideal candidate has the following skills: reading of electrical diagrams, wiring on the machine, ability to carry out work at height and under voltage, use of instrumentation for electrical checks according to EN 60204-1: 2018.

Availability for medium-term trips in Italy / Abroad is required.

Angelantoni Test Technologies, leader in the national and international industrial sector, is looking for a REFRIGERATION ENGINEER. The ideal candidate has the following skills: - ability to carry out brazing, use of semi-automatic and manual tube benders, ability to carry out work at height.

Availability for medium-term trips in Italy / Abroad is required.

Angelantoni Test Technologies (ACS), world leader in the design and production of environmental test chambers, is looking for a SITE MANAGER to be included in its staff.

Before the start of the construction site (from the headquarters): - interfacing with the order team for the handover of the supply purpose object of the installation and commissioning; - Evaluate the installation budget, check the necessary resources and take action to request them from the relevant functions and / or external companies; - Verify and integrate the installation plan, sharing it with site resources; -Prepare the construction site documentation: Detailed plan of activities, description of activities (RAMS and POS), timesheets, construction site register, plan of departures and returns; -Prepare and manage all lifting equipment, site equipment and on-site logistics; - Where necessary, carry out an inspection at the installation site well in advance for the best preparation of the installation activity;

During the construction site: -Presenting the activities on site, coordinating all the resources on site. Periodic returns to the premises are foreseen in the event of activities that have been prolonged for several months; - Interfacing regularly with the headquarters, reporting the progress of the construction site in a structured manner and promptly compiling the required documentation; - Interfacing with the client's supervisors for the management of the activities, in coordination with the other elements present on the site, ensuring the absence of conflicts and continuity of the activities; -Prepare the installation activities in a timely manner, in order to proactively prevent potential problems, remove obstacles, guaranteeing continuity and adherence to the plan of activities; - Track construction site times and costs, in compliance with the assigned budget and contractual deadlines; -Draft the construction site register; -Managing safety on site according to the D.L. 81 and local regulations; - At the end of the commissioning and proper execution of the ATP, ensure a correct and formal handover of the machine between the Company and the Customer, reporting the duly countersigned acceptance documentation.

At the end of the activities:

-Close the site by removing all equipment both owned and rented; - Participate in the Close Out of the order by reporting critical issues and solutions to support the continuous improvement process of the company;

-Return all duly completed documentation.

The ideal candidate has the following requirements:

-10+ years of experience in the management of installation and commissioning of complex industrial machinery, both in Italy and abroad; -Good technical knowledge at the electrical / plant engineering level, direct experience in refrigeration will be an advantage; - excellent coordination and communication skills, with good organizational skills aimed at preventing and solving technical and / or logistical problems; - excellent knowledge of the English language and capacity to interact with other cultures; - full availability to travel on national and international territory, even for prolonged periods.

We offer direct placement with a permanent contract.
