Selection process

The Human Resources Department ensures the management of the Personnel of all Group companies, in accordance with the guidelines, values and corporate strategies. The staff hiring process is managed by the Human Resources Department, referring to the curricula already included in its Database and through its Linkedin profile.

The selection process involves an initial preliminary telephone interview.

The selection process will continue with a first aptitude-motivational interview and a second technical-professional interview.

Electrical Engineer

Company: Angelantoni Test Technologies

Massa Martana, Umbria, Italia

The resource will have to deal with the electrotechnical design and development of safety functions.

In particular, it will have to design and develop electrical projects and safety functions, all in compliance with harmonized standards and contractual documentation.

The ideal candidate is a person who has a Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in the role.

Other required skills:

  • good knowledge of the harmonized standards EN 60204-1: 2018, EN 61439-1 and -2: 2012, EN 13849-1 and -2, EN 60079-14 and of the Machinery Directive 2006/42 / EC;
  • knowledge of electrotechnical design software (IDEA, Cadelet, Ampere), Autocad Autodesk and TUV System software for the development of safety functions;
  • knowledge of the English language (including technical).

A permanent contract is offered. The level of employment will be defined during the interview, on the basis of the candidate's actual skills.

SALES AREA MANAGER | German Subsidiary

Open position for our German sales and service subsidiary located in Ofterdingen.


•    Technical advice, support and expansion of important existing and potential customers

•    Acquisition of new customers in the industry (R&D, quality assurance)

•    Responsibility for the entire sales process, from the professional preparation of quotations to pricing and closing in coordination with management

•    Development of customer-specific solutions in cooperation with our project department

•    Exploration of market requirements 


•    Completed technical studies or higher technical education

•    Sales or consulting experience with complex systems and machines

•    Confident, self-assured appearance as well as strong communication skills and interpersonal skills

Engineer must have minimum of 5 years' experience in selling Environmental Chamber/Simulation Systems/lndustrial Refrigeration Systems to Automotive, Aerospace and Defence lndustries. Technically proficient candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills & written & ora I communication skills. 

Job Requirement 

•    ldentifying new potential market/customers

•    Cold Calling, Enquiry Generation Direct Selling of products to the industries and meeting with the end users.

•    Preparation of quotation and tender

•    Responsible for Techno Commerciai discussions and negotiations

•    Responsible of tracking of inputs & output contracts, executions & payments

•    Computer proficiency {Ms Office) and CRM tools.

Candidates with refrigeration experience /rom good companies con be considered.

Preferable & Desired:
